2.1 We ship to the customer using Indian Postal Services , whose Official website is at http://www.indiapost.org/ The   Department of   Posts   comes under   the   Ministry of     Communications    and      Information     Technology of  THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. 
     
  2.2 All shipments are not INSURED until requested but provided such services is available. We can ship via other Fedex or other services if requested.
     
2.3 Our Shipping Services & Options:
 
  Two Shipping Options are Available :
  1. Surface Air Lifted ( SAL ) is available for 23 countries worldwide.
  2. Speed Post Services  is available for 110 countries worldwide.
  3. Fedex or Ups services are possible upon request and and on case by case basis - and at our sole discretion.
   
About Surface Air Lifted ( SAL ) services :

SAL - Its Safe  : Insurance facilities are also available upon request for orders booked under SAL service.

Surface Air Lifted (SAL) is one more premium mailing service from India Post. SAL mail is faster than sea mail yet cheaper than air mail- an ideal combination of air and surface transport for quick and economical mail deliveries.

SAL mail will be Air Lifted between the country of origin and destination. However within the country of origin up to the office of exchange and in the country of destination from the office of exchange to the point of delivery, SAL mail will be transmitted by surface.

SAL Services is available to the following countries :
Austria, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, Morrocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.A.E., U.K., U.S.A.

Customers in countries other than the above should contact us direct and we will investigate whether we are able of shipping to that particular destination and what the cost will be.
     
  2.4 The delivery address can not be different from the billing address, exception may be granted.
  2.5 We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  2.6 The customer cannot change the shipping address after the parcel has been dispatched.
  2.7 Our Shipping rates are calculated upon the weight of the Product including packaging and the shipping destination. The rate will show up for you as you finalize your shopping cart information. Please feel free to call us if you have ANY concerns about shipping fees (0091-44-24412476)We ship  anywhere in the world except India via Indian Postal Services.
  2.8 Each shipment may include several products of up to a total weight of 35Kgs including packaging or a maximum value of  Indian Rupees 10,000 or Click to find $ equivalent
  2.9 We will advise the customer of the airway bill tracking number on the day of shipment if such services are offered by our shipping agency.
  2.10 Deliveries will be made within 28 days. You will be advised of any delay.
  2.11 Please note that THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND VAT charged at the end destination country.
