What is our Return Policy ? |

All loss or damage claims or returns must be reported to us within 24 hours of discovery of the loss or damage. |

Please contact us in writing by e-mail or fax
including your customer ID and order number. |

In the unlikely event of damage / loss you will be asked to submit
a notarized letter detailing the loss or damage, the contents
of the shipment and if you have recovered any damages from any
agency or an outside insurance company. We will advise you of
where to send this information. |

All persons involved in the loss or damage may also be asked to submit to examination under oath relative to any and all matters in connections with a claim and shall produce for examination all relevant documents. |

will not be responsible for, non-performance or delays of parcels
shipped with Federal Express or EMS or through any other method
of shipment that was used, direct, indirect and
consequential damage to the customer caused by delays, loss or
damage of the said shipment. |

In no event shall Seventh Sense India and www.seventhsenseindia.com be liable to customers for a sum greater than the value of the products ordered. |

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it within 2 days of the receiving date for a full refund
less original shipping costs, taxes, customs or any other charges
other than the original product cost. How ever the reasons
assigned must be reasonable and acceptable to us. To use this guarantee the product has to be
in new condition and undamaged, i.e. it cannot be resized, scratched
or blemished. Your product should also be with the original packaging,
accessories and receipt. |

Prior to returning your purchase, we require
that you contact us in writing by e-mail of fax including your customer
ID and Order Number and you will receive a Return Confirmation Code
and our return shipping address prior to shipping any products back

Returned items without a Return Confirmation
Code will not be processed and any refund will be forfeited. |

Send the package by registered mail or courier
and make sure you insure it for the full amount of the invoice including
your return shipment. |

and a copy of your receipt with the product and send it to the address
that we provide at the time. |

Once we have inspected the returned product (s)
we will notify you and, when applicable, refund your money soonest possible

we will exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or
